Tensioner Soft (Gold) rubber is recommended for products with long inner barrels (over 300mm) and products that only fire single shots or products that fire slowly (under 15 rounds per second).
 
Tensioner Hard (Red) rubber is recommended for products with short inner barrels (under 300mm) and products that fire quickly (over 20 rounds per second) and products that fire with the pressure of a momentary impact.
